About Our Family

I (Crystal) am a stay at home mom and I love every second of it. We plan on me staying home with our kids at least until the youngest one is in school then maybe I will work part time.

Kyle's job keeps him close to home (less than a mile) so he gets to come home for lunch everyday! We adore our daughters - they are our joy!

Our families can't get enough of them! Our families are very involved and supportive.
They are excited about us adding another child to our growing family. We are well educated but have decided that what is best for our family is for me to stay home with our kids instead of working - its important to us.

We live out in the country with plenty of room for our family to grow. We are also very active! We love to do things outdoors whether its four wheeling or sports. We love animals - we have two dogs and two rabbits :-) The girls *LOVE* any animal they see.... We spend a significant amount of time with both my family and Kyle's - we believe family is important and we love seeing our families with our daughter. There are 6 cousins 8 years old so we stay busy! I come from a large family (I am the oldest) so the aunts and uncles range from 7 years old to 33 years old!

Our oldest daughter is Hispanic and we have an open relationship with her first mom and grandma. Our second daughter is White and she came to us through birth.

We are open to both an open or closed adoption (if you choose a closed adoption we hope you will provide a picture for the child when they grow older).

An update: We became parents to our second daughter in October 2008. We look forward to adopting again in the future.

If my husband and I are not what you are looking for - We have some friends who have been waiting for over a year to adopt (the are unable to have children, and have one adopted son who is two years old) so if you would like their phone number please feel free to contact me for their number :-)
